JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Customer Support Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, providing professional and empathetic service
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining customer loyalty. 
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and support. 
  • Record Management: Update and manage customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately. 
  • Feedback Analysis: Track and analyze customer feedback to propose improvements in service delivery.
