Construction / Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a local Civil Site Supervisor to handle day-to-day operations at our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and deploy daily construction labor on-site.

* Track raw materials (cement, aggregate, bricks, bitumen) and prevent wastage.

* Maintain daily progress logs and report directly to the project manager.

* Handle basic site layout measurements and ensure work matches the provided plan.

Candidate Requirements:

* Education: 12th Pass or higher.

* Experience: 2 to 3 years in Civil Building Construction or Road Infrastructure works.

* Location: Candidates must be living in or near Ghaziabad, Noida, Loni, Dadri, or Hapur.

* Bike: Must own a personal two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for site visits.

Salary & Benefits:

* Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

* Additional Benefits: Fuel allowance for field travel.
