Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description

RoyalStuffs is hiring Sales & Business Development Executives to drive sales through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with existing/previous customers and generate repeat business.

• Approach competitor customers and convert them into RoyalStuffs customers.

• Handle IndiaMART old enquiries, new enquiries and Buy Leads.

• Manage sales enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media.

• Recover abandoned website carts and convert them into orders.

• Generate upselling and cross-selling opportunities during and after orders.

• Develop corporate sales, bulk gifting and personal/event bulk orders.

• Build business through event planners, affiliates, microbloggers and other partners.

• Explore dropshipping, aggregators and marketplace opportunities.

• Handle international leads and support international sales.

• Maintain regular follow-ups, customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication, sales & conversion, customer relationship management, lead generation, follow-up, B2B/B2C sales, negotiation, objection handling, upselling/cross-selling and basic Excel/CRM knowledge.

Preferred Experience: 2–4 years in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, E-commerce, B2B Sales or Corporate Gifting.

Ideal Candidate: Target-oriented, proactive, confident, persuasive, customer-focused and willing to learn and handle multiple sales channels.
