B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Receive orders from B2B customers (phone, WhatsApp, email) and accurately record them in the system
• Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team to ensure timely packing, billing, and dispatch of material as per customer requirements.
• Track deliveries and share dispatch details (LR number, courier/delivery status) with customers.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with existing clients to generate repeat orders and strengthen relationships.
• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce our products and convert leads into orders.
• Maintain and update customer database, order records, and follow‑up sheets on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with accounts/logistics for any issues related to invoicing, payments, or delivery and ensure resolution.
• Achieve monthly sales and order booking targets assigned by management.
• Share daily/weekly sales and follow‑up reports with the management team.
