Job Description

  • Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment such as displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, cameras, and control systems.
  • Support video conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex.
  • Troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and firmware/software updates on AV devices.
  • Coordinate with IT and network teams to resolve AV-related issues.
  • Respond to service requests and document incidents using a ticketing system.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are operational before scheduled events.
