Job Description

MoonAir Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd., an air cooler manufacturing company, is hiring an Accountant for its Ghaziabad (Meerut Road) unit.


Key responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (purchase, sales, journal, payment, receipt)
  • GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS working and challan payments
  • Bank reconciliation and vendor / customer ledger reconciliation
  • Accounts payable and receivable follow-up
  • Invoicing, e-way bills and dispatch documentation
  • Coordination with stores for purchase and stock records
  • Support for monthly MIS, statutory filings and audit


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel
  • Basic understanding of GST and TDS
  • Graduate (B.Com or equivalent preferred)
