Account Executive (Accounting)

Job Title: Accounts Executive –Warehouse(Preferably in Electronics Industry)

Location: Ghaziabad

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: B. Com / M. Com

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain purchase, sales, and warehouse accounting records.
• Verify invoices, GRNs, and stock entries.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
• Prepare daily and monthly stock and MIS reports.
• Support GST, TDS, and basic accounting compliance.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Purchase, and Logistics teams.
• Assist in audits and month-end closing activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting, GST, and TDS.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/ERP.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
