Job Description

Qualification: B.Com preferred

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily sales and purchase entries.
  • Prepare sales invoices and quotations.
  • Handle daily cash and bank entries.
  • Maintain customer outstanding and payment follow-ups.
  • Manage supplier payments and purchase records.
  • Maintain purchase orders and dispatch records.
  • Handle customer calls, emails and office documentation.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales and expense reports.
  • Update customer details and enquiries in CRM.
  • Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of Tally / BUSY.
  • Knowledge of billing and basic GST.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage office work independently.
  • Responsible, organised and sincere towards work.
  • Preferred CandidateB.Com graduate.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.
