DRA FIELD EXECUTIVE

We are looking for DRA certified candidates to join our company recovery team.

Key Responsibilites:

• Recover overdue payments from customers as per bank guidelines.
• Visit customers and follow up on pending dues.
• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve delinquent accounts.
• Maintain accurate recovery records and submit daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and the DRA code of conduct.
• Achieve monthly recovery targets while maintaining professional customer interactions.
