Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture trusting relationships with key customers to foster brand loyalty and prevent turnover.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, resolving complaints quickly and efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement customer retention programs and service standards to enhance the customer journey.
- Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand the customer base and meet revenue targets.
- Data Analysis: Use CRM software to track interactions, analyze customer feedback, and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Internal Collaboration: Work across departments (sales, product, operations) to ensure customer needs are met and service delivery is seamless.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends and adjust retention strategies accordingly. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for negotiating, presenting, and daily interaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
