Sales Officer

Verifying customer order accuracy

Keeping organized sales records

Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

Submit quotation & follow up to the Client

Track orders and ensure timely delivery

Ordering products or sales materials, such as promotional pamphlets

Enter order details (e.g. Customers, quantities, prices) into internal databases

Maintain updated records of sales orders, delivery information

Assisting with mail marketing

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure on time delivery to the client

Qualifications

work experience as a sales Officer, or similar role

Hands-on experience with sales crm software

Understanding of Customer requirement

Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create sales reports and conduct sales analyses

Negotiation skills

Any Graduate
