Job Description – Sr. Executive – SOH (Sales)

General Summary

The Sr. Executive – SOH (Sales) is responsible for driving mall revenue through direct sales, client acquisition, strict adherence to SOPs, strategic partnerships, and brand activations. The role manages end-to-end sales cycles – from lead generation and pitching to closure and execution – while ensuring strong client servicing and internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Acquire clients through proactive outreach to brands, agencies & retailers

• Handle proposals, pricing, negotiation, and closures independently

• Sell promotional spaces, branding zones & event sponsorships

• Drive revenue growth & ensure achievement of sales targets

• Maintain strong relationships to secure repeat business

• Prepare weekly & monthly sales reports, forecasts & budgets

• Represent department in internal review meetings with performance insights

• Coordinate with internal teams for execution of branding and events

• Oversee documentation, invoicing & payment follow-up

• Support executive-level staff & guide junior team members
