Store Coordinator

Location: Gandhinagar (Office-Based with Store Visits) - Sargasan

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores.
• Monitor sales, stock, and inventory.
• Ensure SOP and company policy compliance.
• Support Store Managers in resolving operational issues.
• Track staff attendance, store performance, and customer service.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate with HO.

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA preferred).
• MBA Freshers with good communication skills & dynamic personality candidates can apply.
• 2–5 years of retail/store operations experience.
• Good communication and MS Excel skills.
• Willing to travel across stores.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (Based on experience)
