🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Staff & Agency Coordination

– Manage housekeeping, kitchen & security staff

– Ensure hygiene, discipline, and smooth service

✅ Daily Operations & Admin

– Maintain hostel workflow

– Handle petty cash & send daily reports

✅ Attendance & Shift Management

– Track staff attendance

– Make duty rosters and ensure coverage

✅ Student Relations

– Resolve tenant complaints calmly

– Maintain a friendly & helpful environment

✅ Inventory & Mess Oversight

– Track supplies and stock for mess & rooms

– Place timely vendor orders

✅ Calls & Guardian Support

– Attend student & parent calls regarding property and safety

✅ Tours & Admissions Support

– Show the hostel to walk-ins

– Help convert leads during admission season

✅ Onboarding

– Welcome new students

– Keep updated tenant records
