PCB Design Engineer

About the role

Anushakti Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (Kudasan, Gandhinagar) is looking for a PCB Design Engineer to design and deliver production-ready printed circuit boards for our electronics products. You will work directly with our hardware team and will be guided on our specific designs and standards, so you always have clear direction on what to build.

Key responsibilities

• Design multilayer PCBs (up to 6-7 layers) from schematic to layout: component placement, routing, stack-up planning and power/ground integrity.
• Apply basic RF layout practices: controlled impedance traces, grounding, shielding and antenna/RF section placement.
• Run DRC / DFM / DFA checks and prepare fabrication and assembly outputs (Gerber, drill, pick-and-place, BOM).
• Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors; review quotes and resolve manufacturing queries.
• Support prototype bring-up and testing, and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
• Maintain component libraries, footprints and design documentation.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on PCB design experience; multilayer board experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of RF / high-frequency layout.
• Working knowledge of a PCB design tool such as Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD or Eagle.
• Ability to read schematics and datasheets and to select suitable components.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn our in-house design methods.

Salary and benefits

• Fixed salary Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 25,000 per month, decided on your skills and experience.

Work details

• Work from office: E-317, Siddhraj Z-Square, Kudasan, Gandhinagar.
• Full time, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
