Operation Executive

Role OverviewThe Customer Care Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions across calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to WhatsApp, email, and social media queries.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
• Maintain proper CRM records of all interactions.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and logistics teams for issue resolution.
• Upsell products/services where relevant.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain daily reporting and follow-up tracking.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory; regional language is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, Google Sheets).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and high call volumes.
