Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Tele-caller (Female Only)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)

About the role:

We manufacture industrial 3D printers in Ahmedabad. We get 8–10 new customer inquiries every day and need someone to handle them properly — call them, understand their requirement, and follow up until they’re ready to buy.

What you will do:

• Call and WhatsApp every new inquiry within 1 hour

• Ask basic questions to understand what the customer wants to print

• Send catalogue, price and details (all scripts and templates are provided)

• Update every lead in our Excel sheet — status, next action, next date

• Follow up regularly so no customer is forgotten

• Pass serious buyers to our senior sales team

Who we want:

• 1–3 years in tele-calling, inside sales, or customer support (any industry)

• Fluent in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus)

• Very organised — follow-up discipline is the most important skill for this job

• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp

Not required: 3D printing knowledge. We will train you — all answers, scripts and product details are already documented.

Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
