Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities – Inside Sales ExecutiveHandle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads to achieve order conversion.
  • Prepare and share techno-commercial quotations in coordination with internal teams.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups for quotation revisions, approvals, and order finalization.
  • Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and follow-up records in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with accounts for payment terms, advances, and outstanding collections.
  • Support order processing, documentation, and dispatch coordination.
  • Understand basic product specifications of electrical panels, lighting, and allied products.
  • Track customer feedback, requirements, and market-related inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales processes and MSME-related terms.
