Accounts Executive

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, handling invoices and payments, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company policies.

• Key Responsibilities
• Daily Accounting OperationsMaintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and record sales, purchase, and expense entries
• Reconcile bank statements and cash records
• Billing & PaymentsGenerate invoices and track collections
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Process vendor payments as per approval
• Maintain payment schedules and documentation
• Compliance & TaxationAssist in GST filing and reconciliation
• Maintain proper records for audits
• Ensure compliance with financial and statutory requirements
• Support in TDS calculations and filings (if applicable)
• Reporting & DocumentationPrepare monthly financial reports and MIS
• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
• Assist senior accounts/finance team during audits
• Maintain organized financial documentation
• Required SkillsKnowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software
• Understanding of GST and basic taxation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Eligibility CriteriaBachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Experience in FMCG, retail, D2C, or service industry preferred
• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may apply
