Job Role: Customer Service Associate (CSA)

• Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist customers with product and store-related queries.
• Handle billing and cash counter operations accurately.
• Support product display, replenishment, and shelf maintenance.
• Check product availability and guide customers to the required products.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the Store Manager when required.
• Support stock counting, expiry checks, and inventory activities.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, safety and hygiene standards.
• Support online orders, picking, packing, and order handover when required.
• EligibilityMinimum 10th / 12th qualification.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
