Delivery Boy

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Delivery Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for picking up orders and delivering products safely and on time to customers across designated local routes.

• Timely Delivery: Pick up and safely deliver orders to customer locations within specified timeframes.
• Route Navigation: Plan efficient routes using mobile GPS/navigation apps (Google Maps) to avoid delays and traffic.
• Payment Collection: Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) or verify online payments and provide receipts if required.
• Order Inspection: Inspect packages prior to delivery to ensure correct items, proper packaging, and zero damage.
• Customer Interaction: Interact politely and professionally with customers, confirm delivery details, and handle basic queries.
• Status Updates: Update order statuses (Delivered, Pending, Returned) in real-time on the delivery application.
