VMC Programmer For 2D Jobs

CNC Programmer & Operator (Fanuc Controller) – Precision MachiningWe are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer & Operator with strong expertise in Fanuc CNC controllers and high‑accuracy machining.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently create 2D CNC programs on Fanuc controllers for milling and drilling operations in production job.(not Die & Mould)
• Select the correct machining tools such as face mills, end mills, boring tools, taps, and other cutting tools based on job requirements.
• Confidently set up, load, run, and optimize CNC programs directly on the machine.
• Interpret and work from engineering sketches, technical drawings, and CAD models with complete dimensional understanding.
• Perform precision machining on components ranging from 6" × 6" × 3" to 10" × 24" × 3".
• Achieve and maintain perpendicularity and dimensional accuracy within 10 microns for critical jobs.
• Ensure proper tool offsets, work offsets, cutting parameters, and quality checks throughout the machining cycle.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized machining environment.
• Required Skills & ExperienceHands‑on experience with Fanuc CNC programming (G‑code, toolpath creation, tool selection).
• Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, cutting speeds, feeds, and tool behavior.
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T, tolerances, and precision machining requirements.
• Experience in machining steel, aluminum, or similar materials with tight tolerances.
• Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cycle time without compromising quality.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in CNC machining with precision components preferred.
