Job Title
Unit Manager – Agency Channel
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and build a team of Life Insurance Advisors (agents).
- Train, coach, and motivate advisors on products, sales techniques, and company processes.
- Help advisors generate leads, meet prospects, and close sales.
- Drive monthly and annual business targets through the agency team.
- Monitor advisor productivity and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Accompany advisors on customer meetings (field work) when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with advisors and customers.
- Support policy servicing and resolve customer concerns when necessary.
