• Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, workshops, and prospective customers.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Explain product features, benefits, schemes, and offers.
• Follow up with existing customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
• Maintain call records and customer databases.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Sales preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Bengali.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
