Job Description

About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, energetic, and highly motivated Female Telecaller to join our growing real estate sales team. As the first point of contact for our potential buyers, you will play a critical role in generating leads, explaining our property offerings, and driving site visits. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to potential clients from a provided database to introduce our real estate projects (residential/commercial).
  • Lead Generation: Understand customer requirements, answer their queries, and qualify them as strong leads for the on-field sales team.
  • Scheduling: Persuade prospective buyers to schedule site visits or virtual meetings with our property experts.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients to keep them engaged through the buying cycle.
  • Database Management: Record and update accurate details of customer conversations, feedback, and lead status in the company CRM or MS Excel.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on project details, pricing, location advantages, and market trends to effectively answer client questions.
  • Requirements & QualificationsGender: Female candidates only.
  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
  • Experience: [e.g., 0-3] years of experience. Prior experience in real estate telecalling, BPO, or direct sales is highly preferred (Confident freshers with excellent communication are welcome to apply).
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of the local regional language is a bonus). Must have a clear, pleasant, and professional phone voice.
  • Skills: Strong convincing power, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and handling web-based CRMs.
