Job Description
- Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation to discuss about the products and advice.
- Deliver approved policies to clients
- To call the customers and inform them regarding pending EMIs of their Loan.
- Convinced them to deposit EMI on time.
- Responsible for calling on prospect data for further closure.
- Engaging with premium customers to build relationships and delivering a positive customer experience
- Retaining the existing customers
- Experience in sales/ retention/Collection/ up selling/ insurance.
- Ensuring that the call, leads and quality targets are met.
Office Timings 9 am to 7 pm. rotational offs
