Job Description

📢 Hiring: Telecaller (Female)

📍 Location: Faridabad (Candidates from Faridabad or nearby areas preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Explain real estate projects to potential customers
  • Schedule site visits and follow up with clients
  • Coordinate with the sales team and maintain customer records

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only (Age: 25–35 years)
  • Graduate with excellent Hindi & English communication skills
  • Confident, customer-focused, and comfortable with daily commuting
  • Prior telecalling or customer support experience preferred
