Job Description
Store In-Charge
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations including RM, WIP, FG, consumables and scrap.
- Handle material inward, storage, issue and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate stock records, issue slips and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper FIFO, material identification and traceability.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and control inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Accounts and Dispatch.
- Supervise store staff and maintain 5S, safety and housekeeping.
- Monitor material shortages and ensure timely availability to production.
Requirements:
3–7 years’ experience in a manufacturing/engineering store, good knowledge of Excel and inventory management, with strong team-handling skills.
