Job Title: Stitching Machine Operator

Job Type: Full-time | Day Shift

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

Mekanshi India Private Limited is looking for skilled and hardworking Stitching Machine Operators for its garment manufacturing operations in Ballabhgarh, Faridabad. The candidate will be responsible for operating stitching machines, stitching garments as per specifications, and maintaining the required quality and finishing standards.

Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in stitching, Juki machine operation are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate stitching machines efficiently for garment production.
  • Stitch garments according to given designs, measurements, and specifications.
  • Handle different types of fabric and garment materials.
  • Ensure proper stitching quality, alignment, and finishing.
  • Check finished pieces for stitching defects and quality issues.
  • Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
  • Replace needles, threads, and other basic machine components when required.
  • Maintain production targets and minimize fabric wastage.
  • Follow workplace safety and garment-production guidelines.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other production staff.

Eligibility

  • English communication is not required.
