We are looking for a talented and proactive Social Media & Website Manager to manage our digital presence across our website, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in content planning, social media growth, website updates, SEO basics, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Management
• Regularly update website content.
• Ensure website information remains accurate and up-to-date.
• Monitor website performance and user experience.
• Implement basic SEO practices to improve search visibility.

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels.
• Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
• Upload and optimize posts, reels, shorts, videos, and community content.
• Write engaging captions, titles, descriptions, and hashtags.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, and messages.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities.
• Generate creative content ideas that increase reach and engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track website traffic and social media performance.
• Analyze engagement, follower growth, and content effectiveness.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations.

Required Skills

• Experience managing WordPress websites
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube platforms
• Basic SEO knowledge (On-Page SEO, Keywords, Meta Tags, Blog Optimization)Content writing and copywriting skills
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and video optimization
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
