Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank records.
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, and other financial documents.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain records of expenses, payments, and receipts.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.
• Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounts in the accounting software.
• Assist management with financial data and reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and basic taxation.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of invoicing, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills..
