Travels Wonders is a growing travel company offering holiday packages and travel experiences across India and beyond. We are looking for a confident, target-oriented and customer-focused Travel Sales Executive who wants to build a long-term career in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.

* Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences.

* Recommend suitable travel packages and provide quotations.

* Follow up regularly with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

* Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally to close sales.

* Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and bookings.

* Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

* Upsell and cross-sell suitable travel packages and additional services.

* Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.

* Maintain good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.

* Stay updated about destinations, packages, offers and travel products.

What We Are Looking For

* Strong communication and convincing skills.

* Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls.

* Strong sales mindset and willingness to work with targets.

* Good follow-up and lead management skills.

* Customer-focused and professional attitude.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

* Good Hindi communication is required; basic/good English preferred.

* Prior experience in travel sales, tele-sales, hospitality or customer-facing sales will be an advantage.

* Freshers with excellent communication and a strong sales attitude can also apply
