Sales Engineer

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Identify and qualify potential HRMS software prospects.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with clients.
• Understand customer HR and payroll requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend exhibitions, events, and customer meetings when required.
• Stay updated on HRMS industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
• Required SkillsGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B software/SaaS/HRMS sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
