Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Unlimited Incentives
About the RoleWe are looking for a Relationship Manager to handle customers, follow up with leads and generate sales for Credit Help India's credit-related services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads and customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our services.
- Follow up with customers regularly.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Update customer and lead details in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the service team after sales closure.
- RequirementsGood communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/relationship management.
- Banking, NBFC, DSA, loan or financial services experience will be preferred.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
