Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement of IT hardware and computer products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, distributors and vendors for product availability and pricing.
  • Source products at competitive prices and negotiate with vendors.
  • Prepare quotations, purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
  • Monitor stock requirements and ensure timely procurement.
  • Compare vendor prices, quality and delivery timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with the sales/accounts team for purchase requirements and deliveries.
  • Stay updated with current Nehru Place market prices, vendors and product availability.


Candidate Requirements:✅ Must have good knowledge of the Nehru Place market

✅ Experience in IT hardware/computer products preferred

✅ Good knowledge of vendors and distributors in Nehru Place

✅ Strong negotiation and communication skills

✅ Good Excel and basic computer skills
