Production Engineer

Job Description:

• Production Planning - man, machine, and material (Monthly, weekly, yearly )
• Ensure timely and cost-effective production as per plan
• Material indenting and coordination with purchase department.
• Ensure manpower availability as per requirement and deploy workers as per production requirement.
• Machine wise production output review as per task assigned on the previous day.
• Maintaining production records as per schedule.
• Ensuring quality production as per requirements.

Skills:

• Technical: Reading and understanding of engineering drawing, measuring instrument reading (vernier, micrometer, scale etc.), labor handing skills, awareness of quality systems, (Fiberglass, FRP/ Backallite/ Rubber molding is preferred )
• Behavioral: Coordination and communication skills, maturity in dealing with workers and other departments, maintaining discipline at the workspace.

Qualification:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical engineering ( Regular)
• ITI with fiberglass, FRP/ Backallite/ rubber molding.
