Job Description
- Operations Executive – Roles & Responsibilities (Home Appliance Repair & Maintenance)Manage daily service operations and technician schedules.
- Assign service requests to technicians based on location and availability.
- Coordinate with customers for appointment confirmation and updates.
- Monitor job completion and ensure timely service delivery.
- Track spare parts inventory and arrange procurement when required.
- Follow up on pending service requests and customer complaints.
- Maintain service records, invoices, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts and logistics.
- Ensure technicians follow company SOPs and safety standards.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical cases to management.
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
