About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our paint company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive revenue growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Remarketing.
• Develop performance marketing strategies to increase sales, leads, and ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for better conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize revenue.
• Create engaging ad copies and coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives.
• Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Analytics tracking.
• Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid advertising.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign scaling.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and tracking tools.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, paint, construction, or home improvement industry is a plus.
• Preferred SkillsPerformance marketing expertise with proven ROI-driven campaigns.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization.
• Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
