Machine Maintenance Techniciain

AA Industries is hiring an experienced Machine Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing facility.

The role requires a hands-on technician who can independently diagnose, repair, and maintain conventional production machinery used in precision component manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform breakdown maintenance and repair of conventional lathe/turning machines, drilling machines, tapping machines, grinding machines, power presses, slotting machines, and other production equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical faults including bearing failure, spindle issues, shaft misalignment, vibration, gear wear, belt and pulley problems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce machine breakdowns and production downtime.
• Replace and repair bearings, gears, belts, pulleys, shafts, bushes, seals, and other machine components.
• Perform machine alignment, fitting, lubrication, adjustment, and general mechanical troubleshooting.
• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Maintain basic records of machine breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with production supervisors to resolve machine issues quickly.
• Identify recurring machine problems and recommend permanent corrective actions.
• Maintain essential maintenance tools and critical machine spare parts.

Candidate Requirements:

• ITI Fitter / Mechanical trade or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on industrial machine maintenance experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of conventional manufacturing machinery.
• Ability to independently identify and repair mechanical faults.
• Experience in a machining, engineering, automotive-component, metal-component, or similar manufacturing factory preferred.
• Basic understanding of machine electrical faults will be an advantage, but this is primarily a mechanical maintenance role.

Lathe / Turning Machines, Drilling Machines, Tapping Machines, Grinding Machines, Power Presses, Slotting Machines and other conventional production machinery.
