Inside Sales Executive

Generate and qualify leads for international air freight and courier services.

Make outbound sales calls and follow up with prospective clients.

Develop and maintain relationships with exporters, importers, and corporate clients.

Coordinate with operations and pricing teams for quotations and shipment requirements.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM updates.

Handle customer inquiries, negotiate rates, and close sales opportunities.

Skills Required

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of international air freight / courier sales preferred.

Basic understanding of shipping documentation and logistics process.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Preferred Profile

Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, courier, or shipping industry.

Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
