Job Description
E-commerce Operations
- Manage product listings, catalog updates, and content optimization.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment planning.
- Coordinate with account managers and marketplace support teams.
- Ensure pricing, promotions, and deals are updated accurately.
- Monitor Buy Box, product availability, and competitor activities.
Advertising & Growth
- Manage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Optimize campaign performance based on ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and bid optimization.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, coupons, and deals.
- Analyze advertising reports and recommend growth strategies.
- Monitor competitor pricing and advertising activities.
- Knowledge of Helium 10, DataDive, or similar marketplace tools.
- Understanding of catalog management, SEO, and content optimization.
