Industry: Manufacturing – High Tensile Fasteners

Location: Faridabad,Haryana

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹38,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: 3–6 years in a manufacturing or industrial trading environment

About the Role

We are a Faridabad based manufacturer of high tensile fasteners and cold forged auto components. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Store & Dispatch Manager to oversee our finished goods inventory, outward logistics, and packing operations.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes ownership without being told twice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage finished goods storage and ensure accurate stock records at all times in Tally or ERP
• Plan and execute dispatch to OEM customers and distributors with correct documentation (LR, e-way bill, delivery challans)
• Coordinate with transport partners for timely pickups and cost-effective logistics
• Ensure packing standards are maintained as per customer and product requirements
• Track inventory levels and proactively flag low-stock situations before they impact production or dispatch commitments
• Coordinate with the production team on outward readiness and priority orders

What We Are Looking For

• Working knowledge of fastener grades (8.8, 10.9, 12.9, stainless steel etc) and familiarity with both MM and Inch fastener sizes
• Proficiency in Tally for stock entries and basic documentation
• Ability to independently manage logistics partners without constant supervision
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
