About the Role

Greenrush Marketing LLP is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to lead all performance marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM initiatives. This role is responsible for driving quality traffic, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and enhancing brand visibility across all digital touchpoints (D2C and Marketplaces).

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search, Display, and YouTube.
  • Budget & ROI Management: Rigorously manage and optimize ad budgets, focusing on maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and achieving campaign KPIs.
  • Creative Coordination: Coordinate closely with the creative and brand teams to brief and finalize campaign assets, compelling ad copy, and visuals tailored for each platform.

Digital Strategy & Analytics

  • SEO/SEM: Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to improve organic and paid search rankings.
  • Social & Content: Develop and manage the overall social media strategy, content calendar, and implement influencer marketing collaborations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of all digital initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager. Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Conversion Tracking: Implement and ensure the accuracy of Pixels and conversion tracking across the D2C website and integrated platforms for precise performance measurement.

D2C Traffic & Conversion

  • Traffic Generation: Drive high-quality traffic and conversions on the brand's website through digital campaigns, retargeting, and remarketing efforts.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a quantitative field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or watches.
  • Mandatory: Expert, hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search & Shopping), Meta Ads Manager, and deep proficiency in Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to interpret complex data, draw conclusions, and translate them into measurable performance improvements.
  • Creative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics, able to guide creative teams to maintain brand tone across all digital assets.
