Job Description
✨ *URGENT HIRING* ✨
💼 *Position:* Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
👨 *Gender:* Female
📍 *Location:* Sector-87, Faridabad
🕒 *Experience:* 2–6 Years
💰 *Salary:* ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 PM
📌 *Key Responsibilities:*
• Manage client relationships from order placement till payment collection
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective after-sales service
• Regularly follow up with clients and collect genuine feedback
• Resolve client queries and complaints
• Provide support regarding company products/services
• Act as the point of contact for complaints and escalate issues when required
• Focus on client retention through proactive support
