Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹42,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie – Indo-Chinese Cuisine to join our growing QSR kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Chinese and Indo-Chinese cuisine, with excellent wok skills and the ability to consistently prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

You should be confident preparing Momos, Bao, Fried Rice, Noodles, Chinese sauces and gravies, while maintaining consistency, hygiene and portion control.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a range of Indo-Chinese and Chinese dishes according to standard recipes and specifications.
• Demonstrate strong wok-cooking skills and manage high-volume orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Prepare and maintain quality standards for Momos, Bao, Fried Rice and Noodles.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion size and quality.
• Manage daily mise en place and ensure all ingredients are properly prepared before service.
• Follow standard recipes, SOPs and portion-control guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
• Monitor food quality, freshness and wastage.
• Work closely with the Kitchen Manager and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Support and guide junior kitchen team members when required.
• Maintain discipline and efficiency during busy service periods.
• Assist with stock checks and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
• Candidate Requirements 3–5 years of relevant professional kitchen experience.
• Strong experience in Chinese / Indo-Chinese cuisine.
• Proven hands-on experience with wok cooking.
• Must be able to independently prepare:
• Momo
• Bao
• Fried Rice
• Hakka / Chinese Noodles
• Chinese sauces and gravies
• QSR, casual dining or high-volume restaurant experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to consistency and portion control.
• Team player with good communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and peak service hours.
