Admission Counsellor

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to counsel working professionals interested in Executive Education, Management, Leadership, Data, Technology and other career advancement programs offered by leading institutions and universities.

The role involves understanding a candidate’s professional background, career goals and learning requirements, recommending suitable programs, and guiding them through the admission and enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand the candidate’s education, work experience, career goals and program requirements.
• Counsel working professionals on suitable Executive Education and professional development programs.
• Explain program curriculum, eligibility, certification, fees, admission process and career relevance.
• Follow up with interested candidates and help them make informed enrolment decisions.
• Manage assigned leads effectively and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Achieve individual monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and counselling updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for applications, documentation, payments and enrolment.
• Build professional relationships with candidates and provide a high-quality counselling experience.
