Job Description

Job Responsibilities:*

* Daily accounting in Tally Prime

* Purchase and Sales entries

* GST related entries and reconciliation

* Bank reconciliation and cash/bank records

* Customer outstanding and vendor payment records

* E-Invoice and E-Way Bill preparation

* Purchase bills and expense entries

* Stock/Inventory records maintain karna in Tally/Excel

* Material Inward & Outward records maintain karna

* Physical stock ko Production Supervisor ke saath periodically reconcile karna

* Raw material, finished goods and consumable stock records maintain karna

* Customer payment follow-up records maintain karna

* Monthly accounting and stock reports prepare karna
