Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain bank entries and bank reconciliation.
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC-related compliance and documentation.
- Manage employee salary processing and payroll records.
- Maintain attendance, salary, and statutory deduction records.
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accounting documents.
- Coordinate with departments regarding payments and expenses.
Requirements:
- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Good numerical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Relevant accounting experience preferred.
