Job Description

Job Title: Sales Engineer


Locations: Erode & Karur


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive business growth by generating new customer inquiries, developing strong customer relationships, and promoting our industrial products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or marketing and be passionate about achieving sales targets through proactive customer engagement.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Follow up with existing customers to promote new products, solutions, and service offerings.
  • Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate orders with customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and order execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience Required Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Required Skills

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
