• ResponsibilitiesSupervise waiters and service staff during each shift.
• Welcome and assist guests professionally.
• Ensure quick and accurate order taking and service.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns politely and effectively.
• Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth service.
• Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and discipline.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and service standards.
• Train new team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
• Requirements2–5 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team during busy service hours.
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
• Basic English and Tamil communication skills.
